What kind of assistance we can provide you with

We provide our customers with technical assistance and support for the management of IT infrastructures and troubleshooting of networks, server and client systems, printers, plotters and system/application software:

  • Remote assistance over multiple channels
  • On-site assistance everywhere
  • Continuous monitoring of IT infrastructure health
  • Regular configuration updates for security and optimisation.

How to receive support

To receive support for your IT infrastructure, please log in to your assigned platform, ServiceDesk or Autotask. After you request assistance:

  1. We log the ticket
  2. The resolution process begins, either remotely or on-site
  3. We send you regular updates on how the issue is being addressed.

To provide remote assistance on your computer, you need to have the Anydesk app installed. You can download the AnyDesk app for both Windows and Mac OS.

ServiceDesk

It allows us to manage and resolve IT issues, and to trace the cause to reduce the likelihood of the problem recurring and ensure the continuity of your business.

Autotask

It allows us to have a clear view of critical IT issues and act immediately for fast, data-driven resolution to improve your productivity and profitability.

Do you need help with the support platform?

If you don’t know which platform you are on – ServiceDesk or Autotask – don’t have your login credentials or you forgot them, please fill in the form. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
