How to receive support
To receive support for your IT infrastructure, please log in to your assigned platform, ServiceDesk or Autotask. After you request assistance:
- We log the ticket
- The resolution process begins, either remotely or on-site
- We send you regular updates on how the issue is being addressed.
It allows us to manage and resolve IT issues, and to trace the cause to reduce the likelihood of the problem recurring and ensure the continuity of your business.
