This avoids the need to coordinate multiple providers and assigns Cleverlab personnel the role of IT management, acting as the sole point of contact for the client’s leadership in defining IT strategy and budget, and coordinating all operational activities.
Therefore, in addition to operating on the field with the remote support of specialists, Cleverlab takes full responsibility for the functioning of a “mission-critical” asset of the client. Just consider that the loss of IP connectivity for a TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine) can lead to losses reaching or exceeding €100,000 per hour.
Given the effectiveness of the model and its quality-to-cost ratio, the same contract has not only been renewed several times, but also applied to other locations.
