Last year, after months of negotiations, Cleverlab signed a three-year IT outsourcing contract with a major consortium of large public works. The agreement includes the supply and configuration of both on-premises and cloud infrastructure, the rental of terminals, and on-site and remote support services, including help desk support for the consortium’s staff.
The construction sites involved are numerous and scattered throughout the national territory, often in remote areas. Nonetheless, Cleverlab ensured fast delivery times and, above all, an on-site presence based on the “less than 1 hour” model—meaning the intervention of qualified partners located less than one hour by car from the construction site. This ensured a prompt service, ready to act even in emergencies and not only according to a pre-arranged schedule, while still offering market-standard prices with no additional travel costs.
The “less than 1 hour” model is designed to be replicable in any national or international scenario. We have successfully completed a feasibility study for a similar project spread across a large area of Brazilian territory, and we are ready to launch a comparable initiative covering around 40 ports in the Mediterranean.
